Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may be entitled to cancel and return eligible goods within 14 days of receiving them under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return for change of mind:
items must be unused;
items must be in their original condition;
sealed products must remain unopened with any hygiene or tamper seal intact.
Opened cosmetic products cannot usually be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or sent in error, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit before they are received by us.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us promptly at info@skincosmic.com with your order number and details of the issue.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be made to the original payment method.
For cancellation returns, we may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned or evidence of return is supplied.
Original standard delivery charges are refunded only where required by law.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, force majeure events, weather disruption, or other matters outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate and complete at checkout.
Risk
Risk in the goods passes to the customer on delivery.
